After opening the famous Capocaccia in Pacific Place, PT. Penny Roos enhanced their commitment by having Bistro Baron as its second European themed restaurant which offers comfort of French Food in town. Mrs. Anna Bambang, the director of PT. Penny Roos was inspired to adopt the interior design of bistros in Lyon and Paris. The dark blue paneling, the round tables, beautiful reddish chandeliers, and a vintage bookshelf will greet you as you enter the door; truly bringing the authentic French neighborhood Bistro.


Located on the ground level of Plaza Indonesia Extension, Bistro Baron has two entrances, which allows you to commute easily inside the restaurant. The semi outdoor section which leads into the mall area is recommended for people who like to have some quickie meal or coffee. The outdoor entrance will leads you to lobby which is a smoking section.


You are allowed to see how the finest meals are made through the cozy open kitchen on the other side of the bar. Bistro Baron offers you some selected finest menus; favorites like French Toast, Crepes, Churros with chocolate dip will bring the joy into your plate in the breakfast. For the lunch and dinner will include classic like gratinated Onion Soup and Duck Confit. As the appetizer,
Le Baron Salad (shavings of foie grass with sliced smoked duck, crispy shallots, and mesclun salad), Steak Tartare (hand-cut beef tenderloin with capers shallots, gherkins, quail egg yolks, wild herbs, and toasted bread ).
